Florida
Every year after Christmas we head down to good ol' Sarasota Fl. Our time there includes some services and a volleyball tournament fundraiser for Gospel Express. But along with the package comes the joy of sunshine and time with the many friends who migrate south over that time. :)
With a record-breaking 50 teams this year, the tournament didn't conclude until around 2:00 a.m.!
A lovely luncheon at one of our favorite Fl. restaurants!
Jaunting about with friends and their sweet rides! :)
Cousins!
It was a treat to spend time with Dad's brother and family while we were in Fl.

Georgia Friends Visit
We had a lot of fun to come home to! These fine folks showed up at our house the day after we arrived home from Fl. to spend the first weekend of the year with us. We had large times of worship, laughter, and adventures with coffee as our fuel source! :)

Daddy reads this verse from the pulpit on the first Sunday of 2016...
"Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.
Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?
I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."
-Isa. 43:18-19
I'm excited to see the "new things" He will do.
